Course Summary:

Outline and Objectives -The Institute of Operations Management (IOM) qualifications are recognised as setting standards of competence in Manufacturing and Service industries suitable for personnal from shop floor to to board room.  DLC offers IOM accreddited at certificate, diploma, advanced diploma and all levels of management associated with manufacturing and operations who operate MRP, MRPll, ERP and similar systems.

Suitable For: The course is suitable for those impacted by or whose role influences operations management and production. Storekeepers, supervisors and team leaders, personnel from purchasing, marketing, finance, planning logistics, quality compliance and HR.

Entry Requirements: There are no formal qualification required for entry to the programme. It should be noted, however, that  in order to maximise the benefits of the programme, candidates should be competent in the key skills of Communication (level 2 ) Application of Number (level 2) and Information Technology. (level 1)
